We have had a pleasant and very satisfactory experience with Excursion Unlimited on our recent Singapore and Bali trip.We wanted to customise our trip for our family as we didn't want the rush and hectic travel format of a group tour and hence approached Excursion Unlimited for the same.
Biren helped us not only with flight and ticket bookings, but also suggested multiple itinerary options to choose or combine from. His tips on which areas to stay ( for vegetarian friendly restaurants) or which month to go ( for low tourist influx) was very valuable. He also gave his recommendations on forex services, travel insurance and esim services to opt from. All of this helped us take informed decisions while also keeping the budget much in place. (The flight ticket rates were even more competitive than Skyscanner!). Also while on the trip, we had 24x7 assistance on call vide their travel app' On trip '.The itinerary was very professionally managed with courteous drivers, comfortable vehicles and on time schedules.
